FRIDAY, AUGUST 22 at 5:00 PM — MONDAY, AUGUST 25 AM

Everything you need to know as we unify our products, systems, and services. All systems—including online banking, mobile apps, and telephone banking—will be temporarily unavailable beginning Friday, August 22 at 5:00pm. All branches, as well as our Customer Service Center and Video Tellers, will be closed during this time and will resume normal operations on Monday, August 25.

Beginning Monday, August 25, following our systems integration, all customers will be able to bank at any of our 21 convenient branch locations and ATMs. You will no longer be limited to your legacy branches.

What to expect over
Systems Integration Weekend.

Beginning Friday, August 22 at 5:00pm, online banking, mobile apps, and telephone banking will be temporarily unavailable so we can integrate everything into one platform. Please plan ahead as all branches, as well as our Customer Service Center and Video Tellers, will also be closed during this time and will resume normal operations on Monday, August 25.

Please continue to use your debit card(s) as you normally would before, during, and after integration weekend.

Personal banking customers will enjoy expanded features and functionality—Zelle® digital payments, access to your credit report and score, external transfers, and more—to help you manage your finances anytime, anywhere.

Beginning Monday, August 25, visit our website to access Online Banking or download the new Mobile App. Use your existing username to log in and reset your password—you’ll only have to do this once to access both online and mobile banking. Make note of your existing username in advance and consider saving it in a secure password manager app!

Enhanced features and functionality for Maine businesses.

Gain access to upgraded online and mobile banking, designed with businesses in mind—from Positive Pay fraud protection services to our Autobooks payments solution and more. With separate logins, you can conveniently access both personal and business accounts from a single mobile app.

Beginning Monday, August 25, once logged in, Business Online Administrators will need to reconfigure permissions and limits for any additional Online Banking users.

To make the transition easier, your current deposit account may be automatically moved to a new product that closely aligns with your existing features and benefits. Watch your mailbox for an Account Number Update letter.

Some customers will need to make a necessary update to their account number(s). If your account number is impacted, you will receive a personalized notice by mail in late July. There is no immediate action required—this update will happen automatically and will not affect your account access or transactions in any way. This letter will include instructions on how to make a simple update to your account number going forward.
