If you have a business account, please visit your local branch.
How do I enroll in eStatements?
Legacy GSB Customers
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select eStatements from the Accounts drop down menu
- Click on Delivery Settings
- Choose Online as your preferred statement delivery method
- Enter the Confirmation Code, then view and agree to the terms and conditions
- Your Delivery Preference will then be confirmed
Legacy MCB Customers
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select Profile at the top right of the page
- Click the Edit button next to Electronic Statements
- Select eStatements as your preferred statement delivery method
- Read the Terms and Conditions and make note of the four-digit code
- Agree to the terms and conditions and enter the Confirmation Code

- Log in to Online Banking
- Click on Bill Payment in the Move Money drop-down menu
- Follow the prompts to enroll
- Agree to the Bill Pay Terms & Conditions
For Legacy GSB business customers, please reach out to Customer Service or visit your local branch to enroll in Business Bill Pay.

- Log in to Online Banking
- Click on the Bill Payment tab
- Accept the Terms of Service

How can I wire money?
- Log in to Online Banking
- Select Wire Transfer under the Move Money dropdown
- Complete the fields to initiate your wire transfer
Customers can also visit a branch for assistance.

Where can I find my account number?
- Legacy GSB customers: If you have Online Banking, you can find your account number under the Account menu on the Detail page by clicking the “view icon” next to the last four-digits under your account name. You can also find it on your eStatements.
- Legacy MCB customers: Please call Customer Service at 207-786-5705.
How can I update my contact information?
- Legacy GSB Customers: Submit an address change request under the Customer Service menu, as well as change your password or update your email under the Self Administration menu.
- Legacy MCB Customers: Change your password and update your email or challenge questions under the Profile menu.
Can I see my pending deposit?

What should I do if my debit, credit, or ATM card has been stolen?
- Legacy GSB Customers: ATM/Debit Card: 1-800-500-1044 or Credit Card: 1-800-883-0131. You can also turn off your debit card in the Legacy GSB mobile app by selecting More then Cards.
- Legacy MCB Customers: ATM/Debit Card: 1-800-554-8969 or Credit Card: 1-800-558-3424. You can also turn off your debit card in the MCB mobile app under Cards.
