Bradford Wise
Bradford Wise was elected as a Corporator of the Bank in May 2009 and was elected to the Board of Directors in January 2010.
Wise is the President of pro-voke, LLC, a business strategy consulting firm that works with multi-size companies throughout the country. Prior to that, Wise was President of Hannaford Brothers, starting his 30+ year career at the company as a retail management trainee.
Wise has served on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Maine, the University of Southern Maine Board of Visitors, and the Cancer Community Center.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine, and lives in Gorham with his wife, Kathleen, and their three children.
Daniel McCormack
Daniel McCormack was elected as a Corporator of the Bank in May 2014 and joined the Board of Directors in January 2017.
McCormack is the Chief Operating Officer of Delivery System at Martin’s Point Health Care. He oversees the operations of Martin’s Point’s physician practices and healthcare centers to ensure high quality care to patients in Maine and New Hampshire. Prior to Martin’s Point, McCormack was CEO of InterMed for 15 years. He was also an executive with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in Maine and served in the Air Force in various healthcare leadership positions.
McCormack serves as Chairman of the Board at the University of New England.
He earned his atrium baccalaureu in economics from Harvard College on an Air Force ROTC scholarship and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine.
McCormack is a native of Aroostook County and lives in in Scarborough with his wife and daughter.
Joseph Malone
Joseph Malone has served as a Corporator of the Bank since May 2004 and was elected to the Board of Directors in October 2010.
Malone is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute of Chicago. He has been involved in some of the region’s most notable real estate transactions. This includes the sale of the Johnson Supply Building to the University of Southern Maine for its library, and the sale of the former Maine National Bank Building that became the Post Office Square complex.
Malone serves on the Board of Space Gallery, is a member of the Portland Diocese Finance Committee, and is President of the Deering Pavilion Executive Board. He was also President of the Maine Real Estate Development Association (MEREDA) Executive Board. He received MEREDA’s Public Policy Award in 2002.
Malone received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from St. Anselm’s College and worked on his master’s in social work at Boston University. He lives in Portland with his wife, Ann Marie.
Katie Fullam Harris
Katie Fullam Harris became a Corporator of the Bank in 2009 and was elected to its Board of Directors in May 2023.
She currently serves as Chief Government Affairs Officer for MaineHealth, the state’s largest health care system, and brings extensive public policy and regulatory compliance experience to the board.
Harris serves as president of the International Women’s Forum of Maine, as well as on the boards of the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute and the Edward Daveis Benevolent Trust.
Harris received her Master of Science in Health Care Policy and Management from the University of Southern Maine, and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. She resides in Yarmouth with her husband Chip and two dogs.
Catherine Cloudman, CPA
Catherine Cloudman, CPA, was elected to the Board of Directors in December 2019.
Cloudman is President and CEO of CHC Advisors LLC., serving as a strategic advisor to public, private, and non-profit organizations. Prior to this role, Cloudman was a board member and CFO of Village Fertility Pharmacy, a national specialty pharmacy for patients undergoing fertility treatment. She was also a founder and CFO of Apothecary by Design, a multi-site national specialty pharmacy and former parent company of Village Fertility Pharmacy.
Cloudman serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Waynflete School. She is also on the Board of Directors of Kforce, a publicly traded national staffing firm, and serves on several private company Boards, including two private Maine-based companies.
Cloudman has a dual degree in accounting and advertising from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration from Boston College.
She is a Gorham native and lives in South Portland with her husband and three children.
Christopher Claudio
Christopher Claudio was elected as a Corporator of the Bank in May 2014 and to the Board of Directors in August 2015.
Chris is chairman, founder and CEO of Growth Axis, a leading technology aggregator and advisory firm focused on excellence in IT fundamentals. Chris is also the co-founder, board member and former CEO of Logically, the nation’s leading Managed IT and Managed Security Services firm with multiple locations throughout the U.S. A Systems Engineer at his core, he holds multiple engineering and technical certifications and continues his work focusing on IT governance and organizational excellence in the delivery and management of IT.
Chris is passionate about his community and focuses his time and philanthropic giving on organizations that have a meaningful and lasting impact on children.
He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. Chris and his wife, Alyson, have two children.
Jere Michelson, CPA
Jere Michelson, CPA, was elected as a Corporator of the Bank in May 2013, elected to the Board of Directors in August 2014, and became Vice Chair in 2018.
Michelson is the President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Libra Foundation. He also oversees select investment operations at Pineland, a 5,000-acre complex in New Gloucester, Maine. Prior to the Libra Foundation, Michelson worked at Baker Newman Noyes, LLC., in the corporate tax department.
He serves on the Board of Trustees at MaineHealth and is the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Maine Medical Center. He is also a Board member of Pineland Farms Natural Meats, Inc. and Pineland Farms Dairy Company, Inc., and appointed by Senator Susan Collins to serve on the Military Service Academy Selection Committee.
Michelson lives in Scarborough with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children.
Katherine Coster
Katherine Coster was elected as a Corporator of the Bank in May 2010, elected to the Board of Directors in March 2012, and has served as Chair of the Board since April 2018.
Throughout her career, Coster has worked as a commercial banker at institutions in New York, California, and Massachusetts. She also has extensive board experience at for-profit and nonprofit institutions.
Coster has been on the Board at Maine Medical Center since 2013, serving as Local Board Vice Chair and a member of the Finance, Quality and Safety and Credentials committees. At MaineHealth, she is a Board member, Chair of the Education and Research Committee, and serves on the Executive and Governance Committees. She was also President of the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Maine and co-chair of its $3 million Great Futures Campaign.
She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and has served on its Alumni Council and President of its Alumni Club of Maine.
Coster lives in Falmouth with her husband, Mike.
